PI Live highlights to look forward to
Sessions & Speakers
Day one starts off with the usual Chairs welcome and then three sessions celebrating the convergence of media across both the mainstream and the Matterkind Influencer track, in Sling TV partnerships with Kim Riedell of Matterkind, and Influencer convergence with Todd Crawford. Kristina Tabacco of CJ talks with Alexa Vogue of FamFluence on the shift towards outcome based influencer marketing. The ‘IMS takeover’ trains the spotlight on this growing aspect of the industry in several sessions.
On day 2, Adam Weiss heads a panel discussion on next-generation tactics in affiliate marketing, looking at new technologies and applications. We’ll also be hearing another panel sharing opinions on “enduring the cookie apocalypse” as the session is titled. Of course, Chris will be showing some of the latest Moonpull tools to help advertisers and networks towards a solution.
As the pace of innovation continues, we will be discussing issues around AI and automation in the affiliate industry. Sessions on ChatGPT and generative AI content will attract good audiences, so be sure to add these to your schedule early. As ever, the focus on partnerships is a recurring theme throughout the conference in a variety of presentations and panels.
Social & Networking
For those arriving over the weekend, the networking opportunities kick off on the Sunday. There’s Yoga in the bayfront park, the Margarita Mixer for sunset in a South Beach rooftop bar, courtesy of Matterkind and a drinks reception for VIP ticket holders. Paresh Connect also comes to PI Live, a regular feature of many affiliate conferences, courtesy of Gen3.
At the end of day one those on the award shortlist will be heading for the US Partnership Awards, and there are still a few tickets left for this. This is followed by the awards party at Oasis Wynwood.
There’s a ‘happy hour’ on the agenda for Tuesday afternoon in the Hyatt upper promenade bar. The event ends with the PMA members‘ happy hour at the Lost Boy bar close by, so there are plenty of opportunities for meeting up with potential suppliers and partners across the event.
